“Reflections on the Body: Living Organ Donation ”

Henderson, a Medical Humanities & Health Studies alumna, will discuss living donor organ donation in the U.S. and abroad, the altruistic non-related donors, donor chains, and how social media plays a role in soliciting for potential donors.

Discussion will include: property rights to our own body parts, a short personal narrative, and donation stories with less than perfect outcomes.

Pizza will be served.
