Schneider. The sources, at least 2 are to be primary, will need to be identified (bibliography) and in a separate section (bibliographic commentary) discussed as to their utility. You should have a minimum of ten sources.

Note the following deadlines for "work in progress" on the paper:

Feb. 15 Topic and preliminary bibligraphy due

Feb. 22 Outline of paper and more complete bibliography due

Feb. 28 Final paper due

2) An oral presentation on any history of medicine subject jointly agreed upon by the student and Dr. Schneider. The guidelines are as follows:

You have just been invited to interview at your premier fellowship location. In addition to the usual wine and dine and interview junket, they have asked you to prepare two lectures.

The first is a formal presentation on your research material to the division members; the second is a one-hour grand rounds presentation to the entire department. For the latter presentation, you select a history of medicine theme.

1) Submit the power point presentation;

2) In a separate, type-written, bibliographic section list your sources, at least two are to be primary, and critique the sources utilized for the preparation of your talk on their import and utility;

3) Submit the "script" that you will utilize for this presentation.
