Application due date: October 31, 2007 for Fall consideration and March 21, 2008 for Spring term. Applications must be submitted by 5 PM.

All requested information listed below must be printed for the application to be considered. Applications must be typed or computer-printed. Educational Enhancement Grants may also be submitted as an e-mail attachment in MS Word format.

*Note: Only students enrolled in graduate or graduate-professional programs are eligible for Educational Enhancement Grants.
