Graduate Expo at IUPUI offers graduate student recruiters the opportunity to meet with prospective students from IUPUI and other local colleges and universities as well as the other 7 IU campuses.
What recruitment opportunities exist at the IUPUI Graduate School Expo? The IUPUI Graduate School Expo offers graduate student recruiters the opportunity to meet with prospective students from IUPUI and other local colleges and universities as well as the other 7 IU campuses.
Why is the IUPUI Graduate School Expo invitation only? How can I receive an invitation? Due to space constraints, it is necessary to make the Grad Expo an invitation-only event. If you do not receive an invitation, we encourage you to contact our office (email@example.com) and ask to be put on the waiting list.
What types of students can I expect to meet at the Grad Expo? IUPUI enrolls more than 30,000 students representing all 50 states and 122 countries. In 2011, IUPUI ranked 3rd by U.S. News and World Report in "Up-and-Coming National Universities." (article). The campus is renowned for service learning and civic engagement.
Can I ship my display and materials to IUPUI? Displays and related materials may be shipped prior to the Grad Expo to Sue Wheeler, Graduate Office 755 West Michigan, UL 1170, Indianapolis, IN 46202.
Will a pickup be arranged at the conclusion of the Grad Expo, so I can ship my display and materials back to my institution? Yes, FedEx is our shipment provider. Instructions will be provided at the Expo about where to place your items for pickup.
If I cannot attend, can I have my materials available for attendees? Yes, You may ship your materials to Sue Wheeler, Graduate Office, 755 West Michigan, UL 1170, Indianapolis, IN 46202 along with a $10 payment and we will ensure your items are available for students attending the Expo.
Convenient interstate access
IUPUI is located on the west side of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. Vehicle access to the campus may be made from interstate highways I-65 and I-70, with exits - on both the North and South sides of town - onto West Street/Martin Luther King Blvd. From there, take Michigan Street (which is one-way West), onto campus.

From the Northwest (Chicago, IL)
Take I-65 South to Exit #114, which is West Street/Martin Luther King Blvd (SR 421). Take West Street South through the 10th, 9th and Saint Clair St.and Indiana Avenue intersections, to Michigan Street and turn Right (one-way West). Follow the once you get to campus instructions below.
From the North
Take Meridian Street South (SR 31) to downtown Indianapolis. Turn Right onto Michigan Street (one-way West), it will take you to campus!(Pass through Illinois St., Capitol, Senate and Indiana Ave., and West Street intersections.) Follow the once you get to campus instructions below.
From the Northeast/East (Columbus, OH)
Take I-465 South on the east side of town to I-70 West. As you come into town take the I-65 North exit to Chicago, IL (right lane, near Meridian St.), then move into the far Left Lane and take Exit #114 to West Street/Martin Luther King Blvd. Take West Street South through the 10th St., 9th St., St. Clair St. and Indiana Avenue intersections, and turn Right onto Michigan St. (one-way West). Follow the once you get to campus instructions below.
From the Southeast/South (Louisville, KY)
Take I-65 North downtown and take the I-70 West ramp (to St. Louis, MO). Then take Exit #79A, which is West Street/Missouri Street. Travel North through the McCarty, Merrill, South, Maryland, Washington, Ohio, and New York Street intersections to Michigan Street and turn Left (one-way West). Follow the once you get to campus instructions below.
From the Airport, Southwest/West (St. Louis, MO)
