You can expect to be quizzed on module material and associated readings, including information found in the weekly announcements regarding the module. The quiz will have some combination of true/false, multiple choice, and matching questions.
Questions will be drawn from a large bank – do not expect to have the same questions as a classmate. This is done to encourage academic honesty.
To access these quizzes:
- Go to the main Oncourse page for this course.
- Along the left navigational bar, click on “Oncourse Test and Surveys Beta”
- From the choices given, choose the name of the assessment given above.
- Read the introductory instructions carefully. Choose "Begin Assessment".
- Work through the quiz by answering each question by clicking the radio button next to the correct answer.
- You can choose "Next" at the bottom of each page to go to the next page of questions. You may click "Save" at the bottom of each page to save your answers in case you are kicked out of the test for any reason.
- You can click "Previous" or "Table of Contents" to review previous answers or go back within the quiz.
- When you are sure you have completed all questions, click “Submit for Grading” at the bottom of the last quiz section.
- A confirmation screen will appear.
- You will be able to see your score immediately in the Gradebook. If you do not see the confirmation page and/or your grade does not show up in your Gradebook after you have submitted your quiz, contact your instructor and attempt the quiz again as there may have been a problem with your quiz submission.
Follow all of the precautions given by your instructor to prevent errors. Report errors as soon as they occur following the directions given in the 8/30 email/message.
