The completed Application for CVO Fee Remission Program (State Form 52020) and all necessary supporting documentation should be submitted to Veterans Administration SFA at least 30 days before the start of the semester. Each student must submit a separate application and they must re-apply whenever they change colleges. The approved application will be returned to the applicant. The approved original application must be presented at the IUPUI or IUPUC Office of Student Financial Services in order to receive the fee remission benefit. If the application is not approved, the student will be notified in writing from the state. To begin the process, the application and supporting documentation must be mailed or delivered to the address in the box below.

An approved Application for CVO Fee Remission Program and all necessary supporting documentation is required any time the student changes colleges or returns to IUPUI or IUPUC after a break in attendance (no enrollment for a Fall or Spring semester).

Additionally, students are required to file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for each academic year. For maximum consideration for all types of student financial aid, submit the FAFSA by the March 10 priority application receipt deadline. At a minimum, SFA recommends submitting the FAFSA at least two weeks prior to the start of the semester.
