Passport/Financial Assistance Agreement

If you have been advised to participate in the Passport program at IUPUI or IUPUC, please review our Frequently Asked Questions regarding this process. Please note that the Passport agreement must be submitted each term. You will need to be enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours at both IUPUI and Ivy Tech and your academic advisor must sign the Passport agreement. The Passport agreement is only available to undergraduate students. Graduate students are not eligible to receive financial aid under the Passport program.

Passport Forms

The IUPUI and Ivy Tech Community College Central Indiana Passport Agreement form and the IUPUC and Ivy Tech Community College Columbus Financial Assistance Agreement form are provided to assist a student that is requesting financial assistance while attending both institutions.
