Non-Degree Guidelines
The Non-Degree Prerequisite Certification 2009/10 Aid Year form is available for students to complete to request certification of eligibility for a Federal Direct Loan when taking course work required for admission to an eligible program of study. A student must be enrolled in prerequisite courses for each semester at least half-time (6 credit hours for undergraduates; 4 credit hours for graduate students). The maximum period of eligibility is one consecutive twelve (12) month period.
