SEPT: Promotion and Tenure Committee At-Large Representative slate of nominees announced at FC. (2-year term

beginning 12/1 and ending two years later on 11/30)

Circulate surveys to all voting faculty soliciting interest in FE, FGAP, Nominating Committee, and Board of Review pool.

OCT: Election of new Promotion and Tenure Committee At-Large Representative conducted in FC meeting.

(Every odd-numbered year) ‘N’ should be recalculated by the FC office using the Faculty Census from Assistant
