Salary:
Current starting salary for PGY-1 interns is $43,710. This rate is competitive with most large Midwest academic medical centers. This salary goes even farther in Indianapolis with one of the most affordable costs-of-living in the nation.

In addition to vacation time, residents receive Holiday time off in December. Residents receive at least 4 days off per month. Residents have 3-5 days per year of professional meeting time allowed. Residents may take leave under the FMLA policies and with advance approval, the program will consider adapted schedules.
