Richard Roudebush Veterans Administration Hospital

The Richard Roudebush Veterans Administration Hospital is both a primary and tertiary care facility which serves veterans from Indiana and surrounding states. A 200 bed facility with 110 medicine beds, it handles more than 4,000 admissions annually. The V.A. provides training in general and subspecialty clinics within a beautiful, ambulatory facility. There are separate general medicine inpatient and intensive care services. The computer system creates a manageable process for daily notes and order entry. The VA is also the site for laboratory activities of a number of investigators within the Department of Medicine.
