Creating Zipped Folders in My Computer

Description:  Use file-compression software within Windows XP to shrink files or folders. If you compress files to a smaller size, you can send them over the Internet more quickly.

Tip: Place all files desired within a folder before you compress it.  Compressing a folder creates one file, which holds the contents of the original folder, and has .zip as its file extension. (Source is Microsoft Help in My Computer)

Procedure for Creating Zipped Folders in My Computer

1.    Open My Computer.

2.    Select a folder. (In this example, we use Acc proj 3.)
