What is CSCA?
"The mission of CSCA is to unite and educate people with both an affinity to the central region of the United States and a Scholarly interest in all areas of communication for promotion of their mutual goals and advancement of their field."

Announcements--
The Graduate Program Admission's committee has voted to change the current application deadlines. Effective immediately, admission to the program will only be granted for the Fall semester. The following will serve as application deadlines.
- January 15 -- priority consideration and University Fellowship deadline
- April 15 -- regular consideration for Fall admission
The Graduate Degree Requirements Sheet for the Applied Communication program has changed to reflect more accurate transfer credit information and other small details. The new degree requirements sheet is available in CA 309 (and soon will be available online). Please obtain a new copy of their sheet for your records. Please remember to meet regularly with your chosen advisor to make sure you are meeting all the requirements in the appropriate timeframe to complete the degree. Also: If you have completed twelve horse of study in the Communication Studies Department, and have yet to choose an advisor, please do so as soon as possible. The Graduate Application and REcommendation for Advanced Degree Forms have changed slightly. Please see Leslie Newland in CA 309 ot obtain the updated forms. Please remember these forms are due 30 to 60 days prior to the 10th of the month in which you intend to graduate. If you ahve any questions or concerns, please contact Leslie.
