Athletics department staff members who are employed in a sports camp or clinic not owned or operated by a institution to provide information concerning some or all of the following:
a. Individual, organization or institution sponsoring, establishing or conducting the camp or clinic.
b. Location and inclusive dates.
c. The type of camp or clinic (i.e., open, invitational, specialized, diversified, developmental).
d. Verification that camp or clinic is not being conducted by an individual or organization that provides recruiting or scouting services concerning prospects.
e. Camp or clinic brochures and/or advertisements.
f. Specific responsibilities (e.g., director, lecturer, instructor).
g. Characteristics of camp or clinic participants (e.g., age, prospects, athletics award winners).
h. Registration fees (particularly any free or reduced admissions).
i. Characteristics of other employees (e.g., senior prospects).
j. Levels of compensation and method of payment (including arrangements for travel expenses or cash advances).
Student-athletes who are employed in a sports camp or clinic not owned or operated by the institution (i.e., private or other institution's camp or clinic) to provide information concerning some or all of the following:
a. Individual, organization or institution sponsoring, establishing or conducting the camp or clinic.
b. Location and inclusive dates.
c. Camp brochures and/or advertisements.
d. Specific responsibilities (e.g., instructor, supervisor).
e. Levels of compensation and method of payment (including arrangements for travel expenses or cash advances).
