Summer Program in China
Program Description
* College students (with or without prior Chinese language education) from IUPUI including medical school, other Indiana University campuses, Purdue University or Indianapolis Urban Consortium schools can apply.
*Medical students, Faculty, and community members.
* 4 transferred credits.
* Three-week classes in Chinese language and culture at Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), Guangzhou, China. For medical student, there will be visits to SYSU medical school and hospitals.
* One-week trip to Beijing to see the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and other significant sites.
Program Dates
May 15 — June 14 2009
Costs
* Only ~$3,300! Cheaper than going there yourself!
* Scholarships up to $2000 based on academic achievement.

Where: IUPUI campus.
When: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. July 6 - Aug. 7, 2009 (tentatively).
Costs: $125 per week for those enroll 5 weeks. $150 per week for those enroll on the weekly base. $25 per week for pre- and after-school care.
Registration time: Open. $25 one-time discount for enrollment before March 15.
