Summer Program in China for college students

Program Description
* Students (with or without prior Chinese language education) from IUPUI, other Indiana University campuses, Purdue University or Indianapolis Urban Consortium schools can apply.
* 4 transferred credits.
* Three-week classes in Chinese language and culture at Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), Guangzhou, China.
* One-week trip to Beijing to see the Great Wall, the Forbidden City, and other significant sites.

Program Dates
May 17—June 15

Costs
* Only $3,187! Cheaper than going there yourself!
* Scholarships up to $2000 based on academic achievement.

  • Summer camp for K-8 students
  • To better prepare our children to learn Chinese language, we will organize a summer camp of Chinese language and culture for K-8 students. The camp will be located at IUPUI campus and last for five weeks. the students will learn Chinese language, Chinese games & crafts, singing & dancing, calligraphy, and martial arts etc.Who: Children of age 5 - 13 at the time of enrollment.
    Where: IUPUI campus.
    When: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM. July 7 - Aug. 8, 2008.
    Costs: $125 per week for those enroll 5 weeks. $150 per week for those enroll on the weekly base. $25 per week for pre- and after-school care.
    Registration time: Open. $25 one-time discount for enrollment before March 15.
