Program Description
Open to students (with or without prior knowledge of Chinese language) from IUPUI, other Indiana University campuses, Purdue University or Indianapolis Urban Consortium schools
4 transferred credits
Three-week classes in Chinese language and culture at Sun Yat-sen University in China
One-week trip to Xi’an and Beijing to see the Forbidden City, the Great Wall, Terracotta Warriors and other significant sites
Scholarships
Scholarships offered up to $1500 through the Confucius Institute at IUPUI
