Responsibilities include on Saturday September 23rd:

9:00am: Meet at Wood Plaza.  Volunteers will be split up in groups of 6.  Each group will first set up the 10×20 canopy tents.  Once completed, set up 10×10 canopy tents.  After all tents have been setup you will be moving tables and chairs to booth locations and trash totes to certain areas.

During Festival (noon-6pm): Cleaning up trash during the festival and assisting public.

6:00pm: Tearing down canopy tents and placing them into truck.  Once completed, move tables and chairs back to original location.  Finally moving trash tanks back to sidewalk.

We asked that you be available for both setup and teardown
