Halloween PartyNew!

Mark your calendar because Chinese Culture Club will be holding a
Halloween Party 10-27-07. The event will start at 11:00AM and end at
5PM.It will take place in UC lower level!!

Plan to dress up for this Halloween party becuase we will have a costume contest with prizes for the
best 3 costumes.

There will be a poker tournament starting at 11:20. Registration
for the tournament is free, however, to play in the tournament you MUST
arrive between 11:00-11:20. No one is allowed to join after the
11:20AM. There will be cash prizes of $10 and $5. We will have 2 tables
if need be.

There will be other activites such as a horror movie & pumpkin carving
contest.

LUNCH WILL BE SERVED!

** We will hand out membership cards on this day **
** Admission for members = free
Non-members = $3

Location: UC Lower level

Paintball & BBQNew!

On coming Sunday (Sept. 30th) , we will have an event of paintball-playing and BBQ.  At welcome party, we did not mention much about moon festival, and now let me explain it briefly - actually BBQ is one of the traditional activities for this festival.  In addition, not only we get together for Barbecue, but also have pomelo and moon cake at the date of moon festival.

First of all, thanks for those supported us and joined our first event, I hope you guys had a great time with us, I know we were running a bit behind the schedule as we planned, and all of you guys really bore it with us.  For that, we really appreciate of it and we will try our best and not let it happen again!!! As most of you guys know one of the traditional activities for Moon Festival is BBQ. Therefore,  you guys can stop wondering right now because we are going to have a paintball and BBQ event coming up soon next weekend if the weather is right.^^
I know you guys are excited about it like I am, but more information will be announced shortly!!!

Chinese Moon Festival & Welcome Party

Hello, everyone 冏rz
How’s everything going so far?  I hope everyone is having a great time with his course works. I know you guys have been waiting for the first event ever, and you all know this is worth to wait for a while. Okie, Long story short – we are going to have our first event this Saturday (Sept/15/07), and the following is the information of the event!!


Place:  UC-115 (Art Gallery) in University College of IUPUI
Time: 11:00 – 4:00 (Registration ends at 12:00, so please be on time^^)
Membership Fee: $15 per “A YEAR” LOL it’s definitely worthy, don’t believe me, click冏rz)

Tzu Chi 10th Anniversary celebration

Tzu Chi Indianapolis Service Center will hold its 10th Anniversary celebration this coming Sunday (9/16) between 11:00 to 3:00. They will have a carnival features different types of booth, such as Taiwanese foods Tzu Chi culture & publications and various games.

First Event of The Year

Chinese Culture Club will be holding their first event of the year! Come join us for great food, games, and prizes! Everyone is welcome to attend and meet new friends. Hope you will join us for our first event!

New Club President! bird1

Due to lack of nominees, there won't be an election for the club president.
The president position will be taken over by Andy Chu, he's a sophomore
major in biomedical engineering and he's a current CCC officer full of
enthusiasm. If you are interested to join the Chinese Culture Club officer
