BME Club Information

I am a first year member of the BME Club /BMES chapter at IUPUI.

Why are you running for this position?

I am running for the position of treasurer because I feel I possess all the qualities needed in a treasurer position. I feel that I am a good leader and by being the treasurer of this club I will be able to develop my skills further. I am very organized and think I would be able to keep track of funds in an efficient and organized manner.

If elected, what goals would you strive to achieve to better the club? How would you accomplish these goals?

If I was elected treasurer I think there are a few things we could do to better the club. I think that since we are now an official chapter of the Biomedical Engineers Society, it would be a good idea to take of advantages of it and attend a conference. I think we could accomplish these goals by doing fundraisers if needed.

Why do you think you are the best candidate for this position?

I think I am the best candidate for this position because I am a reliable person who could manage the club funds. I would like to become a more active member of the club and I believe that running for treasurer will make that possible.
