TRAVEL PACKAGE
Departures will be from Paris, Nairobi, or Johannesburg. If you cannot
take the package as is, you will have to make your own travel
arrangements.Air Madagascar has guarateed us 100 seats from Paris and the package rate
per person from Paris is $1670 US. Passengers beyond the 100 seats
allocated to us will pay more. Seats will be released on a first
come first served basis. Package rate for departures from Nairobi or
Johannesburg is $1380 US. We will leave Paris on a Monday. Many
participants are planning to arrive over the weekend to sight-see in
Paris. If you plan to arrive Paris on the day of departure, endeavor to
arrive early in the day to ensure you do not miss the flight. Flights to
the island are infrequent.The conference will be held in the capital, Antananarivo (3 nights) and
Tamatave (5 nights), a seaside town situated at 350 kilometres from
Antananarivo. On our way to Tamatave, we will stop to tour the following
towns: Mandraka to visit Mr. Pereyras' private reservation (water plants,
ornamental plants, insects, animals), Moramanga, and Andasibe to visit
animal sanctuaries (lemur, etc.).TRAVEL PACKAGE

3. Eight nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy)
4. Malagasy welcome at airport with traditional music and presentation of
flowers and traditional straw hat
5. Welcome cocktails on arrival at hotels in Antanarivo and Tamatave
6. All airport/hotel transfers
7. Guided tours of the following cities: Mandraka, Moramanga, Andasibe,
and Foulepointe.
8. Tourism literature
9. Permits for entry into parks and private reservations and assistance of
local guides
