Academic Diabetes Mellitus Indiana University School of Medicine The Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism in the Department of Medicine at Indiana University School of Medicine invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor or above. Candidates with a research focus on any aspect of diabetes mellitus or its complications are strongly encouraged to apply. Indiana University School of Medicine has an extensive research effort in diabetes, ranging from basic to translational studies, and successful applicants will have numerous opportunities for collaboration with established faculty. The School of Medicine has identified diabetes as a growth area, and is committing significant resources to development of diabetes research. Successful applicants will participate in the academic activities of the division and will have substantial protected time and necessary support for original research. The Division of Endocrinology at Indiana University School of Medicine has 20 full-time faculty and a competitive fellowship program. Preference will be given to MD or MD/PhD candidates who are BC/BE in Endocrinology and Metabolism. However, exceptionally qualified PhD candidates will be considered.
