Welcome to the A104: Introduction to Cultural Anthropology Web Page at IUPUI.

This site is student-constructed and is the culmination of a course project designed to facilitate the act of “doing diversity.” Undergraduate students worked in teams, named after famous anthropologists, and researched various topics that are typically examined in an introductory anthropology course. In researching their topics and subtopics, the resultant pages that follow provide an array of information concerning cultures and practices of the US and abroad. Information is provided in the form of annotated bibliographies, which can assist the prospective anthropology student, the researcher, and anyone interested in contemporary cultures and societies.
