James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children

The James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children is renowned world for its exceptional care for our youngest patients, as well as top-notch pediatric research. The hospital, which ranks among the world's finest pediatric facilities, handles more than 200,000 patient visits each year and has a staff of more than 2,000 men and women. It was opened in 1924 by the James Whitcomb Riley Memorial Association to honor the famed Hoosier poet.
