Three things to remember for the May 6th Primary Election

There is less than a week remaining before the May 6th Primary election in Indiana. Are you ready? Remember these three things:

Absentee Voting: Any registered voter may visit the county election board office to vote in-person absentee before Noon, Monday May 5, 2008 (the day before Election Day). The office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm now through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and 8:00 am to noon on Monday May 5th at the City-County building.

At the Polls: To check your voter registration or polling location information please visit www.IndianaVoters.com or call the Hoosier Voter Hotline, 1-866-IN-1-VOTE (1-866-461-8683). The polls are open on Election Day from 6 am to 6 pm local time.

Photo ID: Voters at the polls or in-person at the election office will be required to show Indiana State or US Government issued photo ID. Please visit www.photoID.in.gov for details.
