Indianapolis Indians Baseball in Education
IUPUI will again partner with the Indianapolis Indians for our "Baseball in Education" program. The purpose of these days is to show students that baseball can be educational and learning can be fun by applying America's favorite past time to subjects like math, science, language arts and social studies.
In order to add to the learning experience, prior to each of the games, the Indians will invite a speaker to present an educational and motivational message to students to attend.
The Baseball in Education games for 2008 are:
- Wednesday, April 30 vs. Louisville
- Thursday, May 15 vs. Richmond
- Wednesday, May 21 vs. Louisville
