Fiesta Indianapolis
Fiesta Indianapolis, now in its 24th year, attracts nearly 35,000 people to a diverse array of activities held on the lawn at the American Legion Mall and Veterans' Memorial Plaza. From noon to midnight, participants can partake in food, drink, music, arts and crafts, and several cultural booths that seek to teach about the nuances of the Latino heritage.
The festival represents some 23 different cultures that all have roots in Indianapolis. This year's event will be on Saturday, September 16.
