Indianapolis Dentist Pamela Steed Receives Distinguished Alumna Honors from IU Dental School

INDIANAPOLIS – Longtime Indianapolis dental practitioner Dr. Pamela A. Steed, Zionsville (46077), received a Distinguished Alumna award from Indiana University School of Dentistry’s Alumni Association during the organization’s recent fall conference in Bloomington, Ind.

In addition to her IU dental degree, which she earned in 1983, Steed holds two IU undergraduate degrees in dental hygiene and an IU master’s degree in dental diagnostic sciences.

Her private practice is limited to oral medicine and the diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial pain and dysfunction.

Steed is a charter member of the American Association for Functional Orthodontics and was named Clinician of the Year by the association in 1997. She is a diplomate of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the American Academy of Pain Management. She has lectured throughout the U.S. and in Europe, South America, and South Africa.
