Still Time for Undergraduate Nondegree Students to Register for First Summer Session Classes

INDIANAPOLIS - The IUPUI Office of Admission will begin its "walk-in admit" process for undergraduate nondegree students on May 2. It will continue with this until 6 p.m. on Tuesday May 10, excluding the weekend. The walk in admit process is only for nondegree students. Admission for degree students is now closed for the first summer session.

Student must meet with an admissions counselor to determine if the student meets non-degree admission qualifications. If qualified, the admissions office will take the application, fee and all required documentation. The office will enter the data along with an admission decision into PeopleSoft. It will hand matriculate the student in SIS (making the student active and eligible to register in SIS). After that is completed, the counselor will hand the student an admit letter and the steps for registering. Next the counselor will send the student to the Office of the Registrar to be term activated.
