Students Spending Spring Break Helping Katrina Victims
Eyewitness News at 5:30, WTHR, March 10, 2006 – IUPUI students take off for a week-long trip to the hurricane-ravaged areas of Mississippi. Three dozen students will spend their spring break helping with hurricane recovery efforts.

Indianapolis Star, March 12, 2006 – David Bodenhamer, executive director of the Polis Center, part of the School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI, is quoted in an Indianapolis Star article about the Lilly Endowment’s focus on religious projects. The foundation’s focus “honors the bequest made by Eli Lilly,” Bodenhamer said. "The endowment has to be true to the terms of that legacy," he said.

Career Center Gives Students Dining Skills Often Vital to Landing Jobs

IUPUI Solution Center Awards $325,000 in Grants to Hoosier Businesses and Organizations
