IUPUI Museum Studies Students Design Activities for Eiteljorg’s Indian Market
The Eiteljorg Museum Indian Market, June 24-25, celebrates the artwork, food and traditions of Native Americans. It will feature three activities designed by IUPUI Museum Studies students.
The activities are designed around a theme – Points of Contact – that was developed by museum staff as a possible way to organize the Eiteljorg’s Native American exhibitions.

Bequest “Pays it Forward” for Sam Masarachia
Back in 1999, when Sam Masarachia honored the IU School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI with a $1.2 million gift to endow a scholarship program, he gave no hint that there might be more to come. Today, a $1.5 million bequest from his estate means the Masarachia Scholars program will truly “pay it forward” for Sam Masarachia.
