Robert Kasberg Appointed IU School of Dentistry’s Associate Dean for Student Affairs

Robert H. Kasberg Jr., director of admissions for Indiana University School of Dentistry since 2002, has been appointed as the school's associate dean for Student Affairs, effective July 2005 .

He replaces Margot L. Van Dis, who served in the associate deanship for eight years before deciding to return to her full-time IU teaching post as a professor of dental diagnostic sciences.

Youngsters work on art projects at the 2004 SpARTan Sport and Art Camp.

Campers will study art work from the National Art Museum of Sport, including this picture entitled “Out!”.
Sports and Art Camp: Expands from 40 to 400 campers, One to Four Sites.

A summer youth camp that combined basketball games and art classes for 40 area youth has mushroomed into a four-site program expected to draw about 400 participants this summer.

In last year's inaugural summer of the SpARTan Sport and Art Camp, 40 youth at Brookside Park participated in a one-week, fun-filled program of both art and sports. This summer, the program has branched out and is offering versions of the one-week camp at Horizon Center, Auntie Mame's Child Development Center, Westminister Neighborhood Ministries and Girls, Inc.
