English Professor Profiled in Finnish “Reader’s Digest”
IUPUI English Professor Ulla Connor is one of five expatriate Finns featured in the June 2005 issue of the Finnish edition of Reader's Digest (Valitut Palat, circulation 1 million). Connor is director of the Indiana Center for Intercultural Communication, a part of the IU School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI.

Special Olympics, Special Smiles
The Seal Mobile unit provided oral screenings and mouth-guard fittings for participants of the annual Special Olympics Indiana Summer Games, held June 3-5 for Hoosier athletes with developmental disabilities. Dentists performed 134 screenings, and IU School of Dentistry dental hygiene students fitted more than 100 of the athletes with mouth guards.
