Herron Installs Faust Sculpture

This 20-foot vibrantly colored, aluminum sculpture (left) designed by local artist and Herron alumnus James Wille Faust has been installed at the Herron School of Art and Design’s new home at Blackford and New York streets. It is one of 15 sculptures to be showcased in an 18-month Public Sculpture Invitational at the school. The invitational coincides with the new building’s public grand opening on June 3. Faust’s sculpture will be a permanent addition to the school’s front lawn, and is the artist’s first work of this scale.
