IUPUI Educator Presides Over International Educational Organization
Jacqueline Blackwell, associate professor of early childhood and elementary education at the Indiana University School of Education at IUPUI, has been elected president of the Association for Childhood Education International (ACEI). Blackwell will serve as president through 2005.
