Clowes Foundation Awards $2 Million Grant To Eskanazi Hal
The Allen Whitehill Clowes Charitable Foundation has approved a $2 million grant for Herron School of Art’s future home on the IUPUI campus, Sidney and Lois Eskenazi Hall. The $2 million gift will be used to create the Allen Whitehill Clowes Auditorium, a 250-seat facility that will host a variety of educational and cultural events and lectures for students and the community.

Renowned Religious Author, Scholar to Speak at Lake Family Institute on Faith and Giving Event
The Lake Family Institute on Faith and Giving and the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University will host internationally renowned author and scholar Dr. Robert Wuthnow as he presents at the inaugural Thomas H. Lake Lecture on Sept. 25 at 5:30 p.m. at University Place Conference Center and Hotel. A reception will precede the event at 4:30 p.m.

The Herron School of Art at IUPUI is sponsoring a variety of captivating exhibits and lectures this fall that will give guests a taste of local and national artistic talent. Explore IUPUI Set for September 13
The once-a-year event on September 13 features an academic fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and hundreds of activities such as Family FunFest, sports activities -- including an opportunity to meet IUPUI’s men’s basketball team players and coaches -- storytelling, health fair and entertainment that begin at 11 a.m. and continue to 3 p.m.

Jean & Jerry Bepko Beautify IUPUI Event Set for Sept. 12
IUPUI students, staff and faculty are invited to join the annual Jean & Jerry Bepko Beautify IUPUI event from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Friday, Sept. 12. Registration is at 10:30 a.m. in the University College mall area. This event is the last effort to clean the campus before thousands of visitors arrive for Explore IUPUI on Saturday, Sept. 13.
