How does one artist express her ideas of how to tackle world hunger in a thriving metropolis? Environmental and conceptual artist Agnes Denes grew 2,000 pounds of wheat on a vacant lot a short distance from where the World Trade Center once stood.

Cultural Arts Gallery Opens New Season with Artist’s Reception, Exhibit

Indiana Partnership to Prevent Firearm Violence Hosts Annual Meeting
The Indiana Partnership to Prevent Firearm Violence is hosting its annual meeting on October 3, 2003. This year’s event is entitled, “Suicide Prevention and Intervention Strategies for Diverse Populations.” The meeting is in cooperation with Clarian Behavioral Care and the Mental Health Association in Marion County.
