FIRST HERRON GALLERY EXHIBIT TO OPEN WEDNESDAY
On August 29, from 5-7 p.m., Herron Gallery will hold an opening reception for the first exhibit of the year. "White Light" is a traveling exhibition that features painting, photography, video and installations incorporating emanations, traces or reflections of white light. Gallery Director David Russick says it is really an experiential exhibit and that you must see it in person to fully appreciate it. The exhibit is free. NEW GARAGE OPEN ON CAMPUS
The new Blackford Street parking garage opened on August 22 with 1,100 parking spaces for faculty, staff and students. Elevators in the garage and the pedestrian walkway are scheduled to be completed by the end of September.
