A crowd of more than 2,200 was on hand at Conseco Fieldhouse Feb. 3 as the IUPUI Jaguars men’s basketball team faced off against Valparaiso. IUPUI fans, many wearing red Jaguars shirts, enjoyed the action of the Mid-Con clash that went down to the buzzer with Valpo winning the game 64-61. IUPUI students and student-athletes spell out the university’s name during halftime of the IUPUI vs. Valpo game. Jaguars basketball is fun for the entire family. Pre-game activities for the Feb. 3 Clash at Conseco included face painting and tattoos for young fans. Children could also pose for pictures with Jaguars mascot Jinx.
