The Campus Campaign is a critical component to the overall success of the Comprehensive Campaign. Contributions from faculty, staff, and administrators convey the important message of internal support for IUPUI and pave the way for community giving.

Money raised through the Campus and Comprehensive Campaigns will be used in the following areas:

• Your Priorities
  
• Your School/Unit/Center's Priorities
  Note: Individuals may specify a department, fund, scholarship or cause for the money to be donated.

The 2001 Campus Campaign Steering Committee announces its funding priorities:

• Herron School of Art Building Fund
• Intercollegiate Athletics
• Chancellors Discretionary Fund
• Center for Chronic Illness, School of Nursing

On September 8, 2000, IUPUI will kick-off its first ever campus-wide Comprehensive Campaign.

As of January 26, 2001 the Campus Campaign results are:

Gift Amount $1,339,587
Cumulative Giving $8,969,051.00

The goals of the Comprehensive Campaign are:

• To strengthen relationships with alumni and friends throughout central Indiana.
• To establish a strong fund raising program built on major gifts.
• To increase private support and opportunities for investment throughout IUPUI over the next seven years.

The goals of the Campus Campaign are:

• To attract respected faculty, staff and administrators to serve on a steering committee.
• To acknowledge those who have made 3 to 5 year pledges for the Campus Campaign.
• To increase the number of faculty, staff, and administrators who participate.
