Work/Life Offers Stress Reduction Series
Excess stress affects how you behave and feel, your sleep patterns, concentration and more. You can’t get rid of it, so learn to manage it.
The HRA Work/Life Stress Reduction Boot Camp series will offer participants the chance to actually practice a variety of stress management techniques. The topics include self-talk, meditation, the relaxation response, visualization, yoga and laughter.
Sessions will meet from noon to 1 p.m., April 4, 15, 18, 22 (11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.), and April 24. Check "Hot Topics" online at www.hra.iupui.edu for registration and complete information.
