Dr. Otmar Kloiber, secretary general, World Medical Association, Geneva, Switzerland, will speak on "Ethical Perspectives in Medicine, Health and Science" from 3 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2008, in Conference Room 1110 of the Health Information and Translational Sciences Building, 410 West 10th St.

Dr. Kloiber will address a number of critical ethical and policy issues in international health and health research including: global efforts in TB resistance, health and human rights, and the next revisions to the Declaration of Helsinki.
