The Institute for American Thought, part of the IU School of Liberal Arts at IUPUI, will present "Evasions & Erasures: Recollecting the Bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church," a multimedia performance by Vincent Colapietro on Feb. 29, 2008.

Featuring jazz, drama, and song in a powerful and aesthetically beautiful monologue memorializing the church bombing in Alabama that killed four little girls on Sept. 15, 1963, Colapietro's performance will take place at 6:30 p.m., Feb. 29 at the Lilly Auditorium, IUPUI University Library.
