HRA and the Diversity Round Table of Indiana will co-sponsor the 7th Annual Spring Staff Seminar, “When Generations Collide: Who They Are, Why They Clash, How to Solve the Generational Puzzle at Work,” presented by David Stillman on Wednesday, April 16, 2008. The seminar will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. in the new Campus Center.
For the first time in history four distinct generations are shoulder to shoulder in the workplace, each with a unique set of attitudes, values and work styles. “When Generations Collide” demonstrates why it’s important to understand what shaped the generations and why they behave the way they do. Participants can learn how to master generational differences and convert this form of diversity from an obstacle into an opportunity.
David Stillman is co-author with Lynne Lancaster of the best-selling book, “When Generations Collide: Who They Are, Why They Clash, How to Solve the Generational Puzzle at Work.”
