IUPUI Forms New Partnership with the United Way and IPS

IUPUI is looking for volunteers as the campus collaborates with IPS and the United Way in the new "ReadUp" initiative. ReadUp is a reading program to help IPS fourth graders sharpen their reading skills.

It is said that about 30% of all IPS fourth graders are reading two or more grades below their current grade level. Volunteers who can serve one hour a week can help alleviate that problem.
