First Miss Purple & Gold Scholarship Pageant

The Black Student Union, in conjunction with the men of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc., will present the First Annual Miss Purple & Gold Scholarship Pageant. This prestigious event will be held on Monday, April 30, 2007, at the Ben Davis High School Performing Arts Center.

Nine women will vie for the opportunity to be the first ever IUPUI BSU pageant queen.

The Miss Purple & Gold Scholarship Pageant will include an opening number, evening gown competition, swim suit competition and talent show.

Tickets, $5 for students with valid school ID, and $7 for the general public, are on sale now at the Black Student Union Desk in University College.
