Experience Mock Arbitration at Annual Labor-Management Seminar

Ever wondered what goes on during an arbitration? Find out on May 10, 2007, at the 28th Annual Labor-Management Relations Seminar, co-sponsored by the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Region 25.

Arbitrator and law Professor Robert Brookins will preside over a mock arbitration with Rich Swanson of Macey Swanson and Allman as the union’s counsel and John Neighbours of Baker & Daniels, LLP as the employer’s counsel. At the close of the mock hearing, Brookins will render his opinion/award and rationale. The audience will have an opportunity to comment and to question the arbitrator and counsel about the entire proceeding.
