Supreme Court Lecture
On Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 5 p.m., the IU School of Law-Indianapolis is hosting the Indiana Supreme Court Lecture, featuring Hon. Diane Sykes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. She will be speaking on the topic, “Of a Judiciary Nature: Some Observations of Chief Justice Roberts’ First Term.” The lecture is sponsored by the Indiana Supreme Court and will take place in the Wynne Courtroom. It will be followed by a reception in the Conour Atrium.
Prior to her appointment to the federal bench in 2004, Judge Sykes served as a justice of the Wisconsin Supreme Court. All students are cordially invited and encouraged to attend her lecture.
