English for International Postdoctoral Researchers

Due to the success of the 2006 pilot English for Specific Purposes training program for international postdoctoral researchers, the Indiana Center for Intercultural Communication, part of the School of Liberal Arts, will again offer training to postdoctoral researchers in the 2006-2007 school year. The course will focus on oral communication, research writing, grant proposal writing and career development. To accommodate the intense schedules of researchers, the course will combine classroom teaching with e-learning through Oncourse.

Classes will be held each Monday afternoon starting in September 2006 and ending in May 2007. The orientation session is scheduled for 4 to 6:30 p.m., Monday, Sept. 11 in the Union Building, Room 409.
