Tobacco Free Implementation Workshops

Human Resources Administration is offering a one-hour workshop for those who will assist with the implementation of the new Tobacco-Free Policy on campus. The workshop is open to anyone for whom it will be helpful to know the approach the campus is taking to encourage compliance with the new policy.

The workshop covers the rationale for the Tobacco-Free policy and a review of the policy and its enforcement guidelines. Participants will practice role playing to ensure sensitive and appropriate responses.

HRA is sponsoring several sessions of the one-hour workshop. The next two sessions will be offered from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2006, in Union Building, Room 372; and 9 – 10 a.m., Thursday, July 20, 2006, in the University Library, Room 2115E.
