Building Services Implements New Office Cleaning Procedures

Building Services recently implemented a major organizational change in order to address university financial constraints. Under the new program, office cleaning is scheduled once per month with an additional floor vacuuming or dusting scheduled between cleaning.

Office cleaning teams will thoroughly clean each office private or cubicle once per month on a scheduled date and vacuum each office’s open areas and walkways one time per month, between office cleanings.

Another change involves the use of the Quick Clean Machine to clean large and heavily used bathrooms. IUPUI faculty, staff and students are asked to be patient during bathroom closings designed to allow for use of the touchless pressure rise cleaning process.
